     In 1976 graduated from Kazakh polytechnical institute on a speciality " Metallurgy, equipment and technology of thermal processing of metals ". In 1978-1981 post-graduate student of the Moscow institute of steel and alloys. Since 1982 works in the Kazakh polytechnical institute (nowadays KazNTU) in a post: senior engineer, teacher, senior teacher, senior lecturer of faculty of Metallurgy and thermal processing of metals acting manager by faculty " Technology of constructional materials and foundry manufacture ". In 1998 is elected on a post heading by faculty ТКМиЛП. In 1999 to him the rank of the senior lecturer of faculty is appropriated.

     The department of the educational programs is structural division of university adequate(answering) for maintenance of educational methodical process at university, after high-school education, educationallaboratory base. The department of the educational programs also supervises presence and redistribution auditory fund. A department the assistant is heads by Saparov Anvar Koptleuovich – the candidate of technical science.

Structure of department includes three departments:

• Education after high school. Department is headed by the assistant of Department of the educational programs – Kopbasarov Zhailaubai Tumenbaevich - candidate of technical science, professor;
• maintenance by educational laboratory base. The chief of a department is Zholymbet Bakbergen Shukurbaevich;
• educational methodical. The chief of a department is Sadakbeva Roza Shoraevna- senior lecturer.

In the activity the department of the educational programs provides:

• the further perfection of the qualifier of specialities of maximum education for elimination of segmentation, narrow profile, disproportion and excessive duplication in training of personnel;
• development both introduction of progressive systems and technologies of training, including credit and remote;
• transformation maximum and after high school vocational training in three-step model: bacalor –master - PhD
• development of the educational programs of bacalor, harmonize with international on structure and contents;
• strengthening and updating of material and educational laboratory base of university;
• growth a degree of professor-teaching structure of high schools;
• creation of conditions for preparation for accreditation of the professional educational programs of high schools according to the requirements conducting foreign accredited agencies;
• сcreation of conditions for primary training of personnel of maximum qualification on technical specialities ensuring realization of Strategy industrial-innovation development of Republic of Kazakhstan for 2003-2015 years. Ordering of the contents both structure of correspondence and additional vocational training.
