The department of social work is established in October, 2008. The structure includes 7 subdivisions:

      Amanzholova Nurlyhan after graduating of mechanics-mathematical sub department  by the speciality "Mathematician" of  Kazakh State University named after S.M.Kirov in 1979, was begun her labor activity in Taldykorgan Pedagogical Institute (nowadays Zhetysu State University  named after I.Zhansugurov) where has been worked for twenty five years, from which the last years was  Dean of engineering-economic department, economy and law sub departments.
In 1998 is successfully defended the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of pedagogical sciences, and in 2005 has given the rank of associate professor.
In 2004 is worked as a Head of department “Physics and mathematics” of the Kazakh Architecture Contraction Academy. Since September, 2005 is a associate professor “The software of systems and networks» of KazNTU named after K.Satpayev and a Deputy Director of scientific work of the institute of  information technology. At this time holds an appointment of  Director of Department of social work.  She is a member of the Academic council of the university.
The author of 30 scientific articles on a new information technology, and also the textbook on programming in language Paskal (publishing house "Bilim", 1996), actively used in KazNTU named after K.Satpayev, KazSU named after Al-Faraby, RPhML named after  Zhautukov, and also in other educational institutions of  the Republic of Kazakhstan; the textbook on computer science for comprehensive schools (publishing house “Education – Kazakhstan”, 2004, in kazakh language,); a member of the  group of authors of a scientific thesaurus of terms of kazakh language, in the direction of  computer science and  computer technics (publishing house "Mektep", 2002, 456 pages.); the manual on discipline “Probability theory and the mathematical statistics” (publishing house "Mektep", 2003, 110 p.).
     She is takes an active part in the works of international and republican scientific conferences.
