College administration is carried out by director. The pedagogical council is a collective authority of college. In order to improve the educational quality of students, the methodological work, and also to improve the pedagogical skills of teachers of the College Board is created the approved by the Rector’s Order and annually corrects in depend of determined number of students for an academic year and teachers load. The citizens who have the appropriate high professional education have the rights to engage in pedagogical activity. All college workers are appointed to a position and relieved of position by the Order of rector of university by presentation of college director. 

   Kanat Sh.Tleuzhanov

    Kanat Shopshekbaevich Tleuzhanov was born on 23rd of January, 1945, in village Aksu, Taldykorgan region.
In 1969 after graduating from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute he directed to the Sub Department “Economy and organization of metal manufacture” as a tutor. He worked as Deputy Dean, the responsible secretary of the selection committee, Deputy Director of the Engineering Economy Institute. He had elected as the secretary of party bureau, a member of local and regional trade union committee.
In 2003 has been appointed as Director of college of KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev.
    He has awarded a medal of “Veteran truda”, breast barge MV and SSO SSSR “For an excellent successes in job”, “Erekshe enbegi ushin” a medal of KazNTU, the honorable charter from the Ministry of Education and Science of RK and Central Committee of Trade Union of high school.
  He has published more than 40 articles and publications and 2 inventor's certificate.                         
Ershat A. Kasymbaev

     Ershat Amanzholovich Kasymbaev was born on 26th of July, 1977, in Almaty.
In 1995 with honor graduated from vocational school #12 in village Dzhalanash, Kegen district by speciality “Veterinary”.
     In 2000 with honor graduated from KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev by speciality “Mining machinery and equipment”.
Within the three years, 2000-2003, an undergraduate and post graduate student of KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev.
      Since 2003 he has been worked as Deputy Director of college. He has published 8 articles, and 4 methodical issues. He has awarded the university’s charters.
