     The International postgraduate institute  “Excellence Polytech” is established in 9th of December, 2008 and is a break innovation project of Kazakh national technical university named after K.I.Satpayev at Rector Zh.M.Adilov’s supporting, who assigns the politics, activity and priority of development.
The purposes:
An achievement of an adequacy of knowledge and professional qualification of masters and doctoral candidates to the standards of a leading foreign universities by means of interdisciplinary, vectorial training and realization the program of double diploma education.
The tasks:
•    Working out and adoption of experimental educational doctoral PhD and master programs in new directions jointly with foreign High Schools;
•    Realization of split - systems in training of high qualified personnel on a priority scientific and applied directions in the capacity of innovation approach to the development of domestic science and technology;
•    Realization of program on transfer and adaptation of a leading foreign educational technologies in International institute of after graduating education “Excellence Polytech” jointly with the profile institutes of KazNTU;
•    Formation the systems of competence for the professional activity of masters and doctoral candidates in the international environment by means of an innovative, interactive and multilevel training of foreign languages in technical high schools;
On realization the tasks of IIAE “Excellence Polytech” are works the known scientists, professors with an experiences of organization of international projects and young perspective specialists.

“High education achiever of RK”, owner of the State government Scholarship,  “The best tutor of High School” , a member of the International Association “International Association of Colloid and Interface Scientists”, European Community on colloid chemistry and interphased surfaces (ECIS), the Scientific Council on colloid chemistry and physicochemical mechanics of Russian Academy of Science. 
   She is an author of more than 250 scientific researches including 15 patents and inventor’s certificate for an invention of tutorials. Under her scientific direction are trained 9 candidates of sciences and 2 PhD.
