The informational analytical center (IAC) is a structural sub division of KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev. The main task of the center is a preparation of analytical and informational materials, work with the mass media in keeping the high image of university in public opinion, in preparation and issues of university newspaper “Ras”. Hence of the center are implements the following functions: dataware of the Rector of the university, preparation of the projects, reports, articles, and Rector’s speech; preparation of informational materials, a recommendation, analytical references on thematic questions by Rectors tasks; an analyses of condition and progress of high education in the country, world tendency of high education, a laws, a decrees and program of development of education and science; an analyses of diagnostic of universities condition on the places of educational services; projection the development of industry, official statistics on the question of high education, drawing up of accounts about activity of KazNTU  to the Ministry of Education and Science of theRepublic of Kazakhstan and other superior bodies; elaboration of design and preparation of models of advertising production, renovation of brochure, booklets, calendars about the activity of university, preparation the materials by Rectors task for the  inquiry answer to public authority, companies, and other educational institutions and citizens; preparation of express-surveys on the materials of mass media, refutation on Rectors task the  inadequate information about KazNTU; an analyses the materials of republican and foreign mass media on the problems of education and science; survey and analyses of information referring to the activity of university, securing the cooperation with the representative of republican newspapers and journals, Heads of the television and radio companies, preparation of congratulations on the official  and Russian languages, outstanding employers and graduating students of university, partners, statesmen, juristic persons and etc., on a special dates.

     Academician of ANS (Academy of Natural Science) of the Republic of Kazakhstan, International expert of IIPE (International Institute of Planning the Education) UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), honored professor of Atyrau Institute of oil and gas.
     In the educational system of Republic of Kazakhstan has been worked since 1976, for a long time he is worked as a Deputy Chief of Financial planning administration of the Ministry of High education of KazSSR,the Head of the Central authority of economy and finances of the Ministry of Education of RK. He did a lot for an improvement the planning of high education in the country. He was a Chairman of local trade union committee, apparat of the Ministry of High schools of KazSSR, the Ministry of Education of RK.  He had worked in the apparat of SPC (State planning committee) of KazSSR, in the State Economy Committee, in Government, in Senate, and Parliament of RK. For the time of working in the Ministry has considerable contribution in widening the training of personnel in KazPTI and KazNTU. He was a member of   state committee on transformation of KazPTI to the national university. He has awarded a medal “Honored worker of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “Airyksha enbegi ushin”. He has also awarded the eight class of office employer. 
     
      Abdyhalyk Marat Sarsenovich

      He is a well-known journalist and writer of political essays. Since 1980 is an allied member of Journalist Alliance of Kazakhstan. He was a laureate of Journalist Alliance of 1989. Had worked as correspondent,  senior correspondent, an own correspondent of Almaty region newspaper “Zhetysu”. During 10 years, 1984-1994, was at the Head of department of an industry, construction and transport.
      In 1994 had offered a job in Almaty region akymat as an office employer-inspector of the department of organizing-inspecting cadre work. Also he was a curator on cadre problems in 2 large districts of Almaty region. 
     M.Abdyhalyk is one of the founders of first republican juridical edition “Zan gazety”. Held a post of an editor of  leading department “Public law”, an executive secretary, a Deputy Chief Editor.
     As a Head of the Press-service and the Chief Editor of newspaper “Ras” he has done o lot for promotion in republic and local press, on radio and television the progresses of KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev.
     He was a secretary of primary organization of Journalist Alliance of Kazakhstan and a Chairman of local trade of edition of newspaper “Zhetysu”, a member of a commission of party control at Almaty region committee party, an out-of-staff inspector of popular control of Almaty region.
      Under his direction and editing has published more than 10 books. Proceedings of M.S.Abdyhalyk has published in such publications as “Halyk emshileri”, Almaty, 1992, “Kazaktyn halyk medicinasy” in Kazakh, Russian, English languages, Almaty, 2000, “Zhetysudin Zhylkaidaruly”, Almaty, 2003, “Kos ishek”, Almaty, 2004, “Esimi esten ketpes erlerdin”, Almaty, 2005, “Omir estelikteri”, Almaty, 2006, “Ademisin sen alem – How is beautiful this world”, Almaty, 2007 and etc. He is an author of words and music more than 15 songs.
      In 1984 has awarded a special bronze medal SSSR for promotion the periodical presses on radio and television the progresses of national economy of Kazakhstan. In 2005 for the professionalism in job, journalistic skill and the creative skills in designing and editing the newspaper “Ras” has awarded a medal of KazNTU “Airyksha enbegi ushin”, and the honorable charters from  regional committee of komsomol, and committee of popular control of RK.
