On March 19-20, 2010 in Almaty at Kazakh National Technical University after K.I.Satpaev the international scientific and methodological workshop under the title: «System of rating of higher educational institutions: world and national practice» will be held.
      Organizers of a workshop: Secretary of Integration Committee of the Euroasian Economic Community, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic Kazakhstan, Committee on Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, National Accreditation Centre of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, Kazakh National Technical University after K.I.Satpaev.
      The main aim and objectives of the workshop deals with upgrading of methods and criteria of rating HEIs of the states of EuroAsian Economic Community based on world and national practice. 
Problems for discussion:
• Practice of Kazakhstan and international experience of rating of higher educational institutions.
• Methods of rating of higher educational institutions of the states o EuroAsian Economic Community.
• Efficiency of use of rating of HEIs for improvement of quality of a higher education of educational institutions of the states of EuroAsian Economic Community.
