He was born in 1949. In 1972 graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute specializing in “Metallurgical engineer”. By Decree of Ministry of Higher and Specialized Secondary Education of Kazakhstan was retained in “Metallurgy of light and less-common metals” subdepartment of the Department of Metallurgy. He worked as an engineer, a senior engineer, and a senior researcher in the industrial research laboratory. Since 1979 is a post graduate student of full-time study. In 1983 defended his candidate dissertation. Since 1984 moved to pedagogical occupation to “Physic-chemical studies of metallurgical processes” subdepartment. Held positions of a lecturer, a senior lecturer, and a associate professor of mentioned subdepartment. Since 1992 worked as a Deputy of the head of studies, a Head of Office of the educational work, a Head of academic administration, and a First vice-rector. During three years, 2000-2003, headed “Kazakhaltyn” mining and smelting concern. From January of 2003 worked as a vice-rector for teaching work, and from May 24th, 2008 worked as a First vice-rector of KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev.
Author of more than 80 scientific and pedagogical research works, 5 inventions, and 3 books. In 2007, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the subject “Combined technology without cyanide for refractory gold ores residual soil recycling”. This scientific direction for the first time in the world was developed in the doctoral dissertation of S. Baiysbekov.
Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Honorary Citizen of the Balkhash district of Almaty region.

He was born in 1953. In 1975 graduated from Geological Prospecting Department of Kazakh Polytechnic Institute. In 1992 defended his dissertation for obtaining academic degree of Doctor of Geology and mineralogy Science on subject “Geochemistry of groundwater in Balkhash segment of Earth crust of Central Kazakhstan”. He started his professional career at the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Academy of Sciences of the Republic Kazakhstan, worked as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1999-2001 he became the Director of the Department of Science, Ministry of Education and Science RK; from July 2001 - Deputy Chairman of the Higher Attestation Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science RK. His research interests relate to the physical and chemical modeling of systems: water - rock - gas, water - soil - gas, water - ore minerals - natural gas, prognostic hydro-geological assessment of ore minerals; hydro-geochemical flow of groundwater, geochemistry of industry. Author of about 60 scientific works and monographs: «Geochemistry of groundwater in Balkhash sector of the Earth crust of Central Kazakhstan», Almaty, 2002.

The Position of Vice-Rector for Social Work in the Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev is introduced by Kazakhstan Government Resolution # 77 as of 30.12.2008 and by the order of the Minister of Education and Science RK # 61 dated 12.02.2008.
By the Decree of the Rector of the University in consultation with the Ministry of Education and Science RK for this position from July 2008 was appointed Doctor of Medicine, professor, academician of National Academy of Natural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukanov Kanatbek Nurtazinovich.
K.N. Mukanov was born in 09.09.1966 in Pavlodar region.
Education: higher medical - graduated from the medical department of the Semipalatinsk State Medical Institute; a degree in law - Department of Law of the Kazakh Humanitarian-Legal University; and higher economical education – Department of Economics of Kazakh Financial and Economics Institute.
In 1989-2002 – held positions: an Associate Research Fellow, an Assistant, a Senior Lecturer, a Senior Research Fellow, an Associate Professor, a Professor, a Head of the Department of morphologic disciplines of Semipalatinsk State Medical Academy. In the period from 01.2002 to 09.2005 worked as a first vice-rector – a vice-rector for academic and educational work in Semipalatinsk State Medical Academy.
From 09.2005 to 07.2008 – First Vice-rector for teaching work in Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim.
He is the author of 127 scientific papers, including 4 monographs, 3 inventions and 12 rationalization proposals. Under his leadership 3 candidate dissertations were defended, and 2 doctoral and 3 candidate dissertations were supervised to defend.
Participated in activity of republican and international scientific conferences in Malta, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm, Kiev, Bishkek, Cholpan-Ata, Almaty, Astana, etc.
For the best research work was awarded the International Award “Beafur I. International” (France, 1996), and in 1999 for a special contribution to the development of medical science was rewarded with the award named after Academician S. Balmuhanov. In 2002, became the owner of the State Government RK Scholarship “For young talented scientists”.
In KazNTU is currently providing a guidance and supervision to the Department of Social Work, Administrative Department and other corresponding departments, centers and services responsible for organizing and conducting social work and administrative procedures.
Sydykov Ulykpan Esilhanovich

He was born in 1948. In 1965 he finished secondary school with a gold medal. In 1970 graduated with honors from the Department of Automation and Computer Engineering of Kazakh Polytechnic Institute. He was retained as a post graduate student at the Subdepartment of Philosophy. After successfully defending his thesis, he continued to work at the institute. He had passed away from an ordinary teacher to university professor. In 1977-1983, being the Dean of the Department of Automation and Computer Engineering, and afterwards the Dean of the Department of Electronic Computer Engineering, he made a lot for the development of national technical staff. In March 1983, he was appointed a vice-rector for educational work at Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, and in 1988 - a vice-rector for international relations. From 1986 until 2000 headed the subdepartment of social sciences. In March 2000, became the director of KazNTU Natural-Humanitarian Institute, and since July of the same year is a vice-rector for academic and educational work of the university.
Author of more than 250 scientific-methodical, scientific public works, including four monographs and more than a ten textbooks and teaching aids. One of the founders of the legendary vocal and instrumental ensemble “Dos Mukasan”. At the same time, he organized art association “Baysheshek”. He is the author of song lyrics: “Toy zhyry” (music by Suleeva D.), “Gashykpyn” (music by Suleeva D.), “Asem zhuldiz” (music by Kusainova M.), “Kuanyshym mening”, “Boyzhetken” (music by M. Kusainova), etc. In addition, he is the author of the first newspaper article and the cycle of music television and radio broadcasts about “Dos Mukasan”. Member of the Academy of Art of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Emeritus Professor of Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata, Caspian Technological University named after S. Esenov, East-Kazakhstan Technical University named after D. Serikbayev. He was awarded a diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR (1984), «High Education Achiever of the USSR» (1988), «Honored Worker of Education of the Republic Kazakhstan», «Cultural Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan», awarded with badges ”For merits in the field of Science of Kazakhstan”, “Honorary Citizen » of Urdzhar district of East Kazakhstan region.

He was born in 1976. From 1993 to 1998 studied at the Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Construction.
From 1998 to 1999 he studied at Southampton Post Graduate School, specializing in “Environment protection” under the Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Construction.
From 1999 to 2000 worked as a senior lecturer at the Subdepartment of “Entrepreneurship and business in the construction” of the Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Construction. He also held s position of manager in LLP “Korporacia ATA” in the division of construction and renovation.
From 2000 to 2003, worked as a senior manager in LLP «Vesta» (servicing “Hyatt Rahat Palace” hotel). In 2003 - 2004 - a Executive Director of LLP «Vesta». From 2004 to 2005 - Director of the Department of Logistics and Transportation of petroleum and petroleum products in the LLP "Mobilex Energy Limited". From 2005 to 2007 – a Director of LLP «Reagent-RFG» (the production of a reagent for removing resin-containing impurities from oil). In 2007, became the General Director of LLP "Mobilex Energy Limited" (management of oil terminals in Aktau and coordination of oil tankers). From 2007 to 2008 - Executive Director of LLP «KUAT TAC».
At the moment, he is preparing a thesis on subject “Engineering Ecology”.
