The State Social supporting of children and youths in RK

   Since 24th of March is officially started in our country the State program of favorable crediting of students. By Order of the Head of government N.Nazarbaev the National Wellbeing Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” is allocated 15 billion of tenge for 40 thousand credits. The Bank-agent for these purposes is assigned JCC “Alliance Bank”. The bank is issued a loan with designated purpose for the students training payment. The credit line on application of students can be executed on all residual period of training. An admission of documents by Bank-agent from borrowers for the crediting are carries out. An amount of credits are transferred to an account of High Schools, where get trained the student by prerequisite tranche for an academic semester. In accordance with Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of RK “About the several questions of crediting the students” from 18 of March, 2009 № 121 are determined the criterion the students progresses in studies and their social status.
1.    The lax credits can get the students, beginning from first course, who are training in a paying base in natural-science, technical and medical specialities, and having marks “good” and “excellent”. At this is permitted the presence of two marks “satisfactory”.  
2.    The social status of students for crediting:
-    students-orphans and remains without the care of parents;
-    students –invalids;
-    students, who has the invalid parents;
-    students who has the parents of retirement age;
-    students from large families (having 4 or more  living together under-age children);
-    students from needy families (having for the last 12 months the total monthly profit for the every member of the family lower living wage);
-    students from  one-parent family (in which the children are brought up by one parents, including divorced and widows);
3.    The lax credits are extended the students in case of lack the deposit against security of High School and JCC Finance center under the Ministry of Education and Science of RK.
From 5 to 35% from amount of credit and charged compensation will be guaranteed by High School in the form of compulsory bank deposits to the sum of guarantee.  
From 65 to 95% will be guaranteed by JCC “Finance center” under the Ministry of Education and Science of RK.
For an admission of applications and documents of students in universities are set up the technical secretariat.
In the structure of technical secretariat are enters: the first Vice-rector Sh.B.Baysbekov - Chairman, T.N.Zharkinbekov - a Deputy Chairman, Zh.Zh.Akbuyumova – a secretary, Directors of Institutes and specialists of Department of finance and accounting.
The technical secretariat:
-    carries out an interaction with Alliance Bank;
-    gives a concrete help to students, in collection of necessary documents in their execution
-    assistance in drawing up
In connection with an expounded, all students, wishing to executed the credit in time, it’s necessary to direct to the technical secretariat and Department for social work PEB – 603, office – Zh.Zh.Akbuyumova.
